Process

Each persona had a scenario that identified a realistic goal the user might have at each stage. The information about each persona focused on its goals and frustrations with the product as well as their interaction with it, which drastically affected my design decisions. Keeping assets / brand consistent throughout product and marketing is important, but also making sure the user is seeing the correct information at the right time in the product lifecycle.

A shared understanding of who we are building for and why, as well as why/how updating assets across platforms is a challenge, but will benefit as growth continues and the journey of the user is evolving.

Variations of user journeys

Design Impact focussing especially on/the interactional context of each persona helped me to understand the state of the user at the moment of the interaction & impact. This process has significantly influenced the development of important design decisions and key functionalities. The flow above can result in a user getting a different message depending on pro/client as well as where the design message will imapact them. A few of the platforms including email, product, landing pages, social, and reequest to book.

Each persona had a scenario that identified a realistic goal the user might have. User research and persona creation brought up the users main needs, goals, and behaviours. Therefore, I found the main issues and the design decisions I needed to solve for.
