All domestic shipments will ship from the United States with the assistance of UPS.

All international shipments, to over 90 countries, will ship from the United States with the assistance of Pitney Bowes.

We send you a tracking number by email, and customers can login to view order status and delivery tracking details.

Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. If goods are defective or incorrect FEIT Direct will pay any shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be issued within a week of receiving returned items.
